CopperTop Gardens has the distinct privilege of having in residence two Culinary Institute of America graduates. We pride ourselves on serving only the freshest locally grown produce, and organic meats and eggs when available and in season. When possible, we are happy to accommodate any reasonable personal requests or special dietary restrictions.
